My Simple as That post of the week is just that. Simple. I found this blue glassware at a yard sale and just loved it. I love the way the light catches it and shines straight through.
Adding a bunch of flowers to the jar was the perfect touch. I look at this on my window table and it makes me happy.
What simple things make you happy today? I’d love for you to share.

What began as a little family journal in 2008 has turned into a passion for sharing my life, faith, adventures and dreams as a DIY, crafty, bargain hunting, homeschooling, memory keeping mom of both biological and adopted children. Make yourself at home!

These are so so beautiful.
I would have bought that glass too.
Thank you, Sophi. I love the glass even more now! So much that I’m looking for more and may design some kitchen changes around the color!
Lovely colors!
Thank you for visiting my blog again! Have a blessed day!
Hi Marty, A beautiful picture of your lovely found! Blue and turquoise glass in all shades is my favorite – a jar is so useful both as a place to keep cookies, dried flowers or as a jar
Wishing you a nice weekend!
Thank you, Nina. I do love this glass. I hate that we’re getting to the end of yard sale season!
I love that glass jar! What a great color.
I love this jar even more after I look at this pic! Trying to match the color for painting a hutch we have. What do you think?
What a pretty jar!
Thanks, Rachel!
Oh I just love that. It’s one of my favorite colors!!!
I love this little container more and more every day! I had no idea when I bought it how much I would love it!
Oh this totally caught my eye…I just found this same jar two weeks ago at a yard sale and had to have it!!! Love it with the flowers!
Teri, I’ve decided I want to collect them (at least a few) as I figure out my kitchen update. This little jar is so fun!
That beautiful blue jar caught my eye too!! Its beautiful! And those flowers go so perfectly in it! It would certainly make me happy to look at it!
I have had so many comments on that jar. Now I’m going to start looking for them everywhere!
