The lip products in this picture were not purchased this week but it is typical of the kinds of deals I get at CVS when I go. If you have a CVS near you and don’t have a CVS card, go get yourself one! You can sign up for email and member notices which is one of the best ways I save. Almost every week I receive an email with coupons such as $5 off $20, 25% off regular priced purchase, etc. Once a quarter I receive my bonus bucks based on the prescriptions I’ve purchased. They also have a beauty buy incentive, $5 ECB (extra care bucks) when you purchase $50. There are also specific blogs that link you to coupons and deals for each week. You can end up getting items for free or even with a profit! This is one of my favorite blogs. (It’s a local homeschooling, thrifty mom).
In the pic above I purchased the two items above and received $10 ECB, making it practically free. Since you know I’m on the search for that perfect shade this deal was perfect for me!
Let me know if you have any questions. Rite-Aid, Walgreens and other drugstores also have these same kinds of incentive programs but I haven’t had time to learn their systems. If you are diligent and spend some time on your research (or have an IRL friend to help) you can get great deals. Good luck!
