A Woman After God's Own Heart

Instead of my normal Simple Gift Sunday post, I wanted to share some exciting news with you!

Yesterday my second blog, A Woman After God’s Own Heart, went live!

For several months I’ve been thinking and praying through the decision to start a second blog that would focus more on our personal adoption story, parenting foibles, homeschooling days and my passage from grief to joy.

I love the DIY projects I share and the recipes my family enjoys, but I also wanted to separate my business blog from my personal blog.

Thus, A Woman After God’s Own Heart was born. All of our personal story will still be here at Marty’s Musings, but I hope that my Heart blog will be another source of encouragement for those of us in the trenches still trying to figure out how to be the best wife, mom, daughter, sister and friend.

I know it will be slow going trying to handle two blogs alone, so I hope to have some wonderful folks guest post on Heart and truly share their own heart with us.

If you are interested in writing for me there is a submission form to fill out to give me an idea of your thoughts. You don’t have to have a blog but merely a desire to encourage and uplift other women and moms.

I would be so pleased if you would take a moment to check out this new endeavor of mine, possibly leave a word of encouragement and follow me by email subscription or on my facebook page. My About Me page shares more of my dreams, and I’d love to know what you think!

Sounds great to have another blog. I will have to visit it but right now, it has gotten too late to do more.

Hi, Deb. I know the book is copyrighted but I own the domain for the .net, however I’m looking into it to make sure the blog doesn’t infringe on anything. Thank you for commenting.
