I’m not going to join in on any bandwagon with the Chick-fil-A controversy, but I will say that one of our favorite activities of the summer is Cow Day, where this company gives away free meals to anyone dressed as a cow. I love it #1, because it’s free food and #2, I have an excuse to take silly pictures of my family. For this week’s Project Life layout I devoted it entirely to this fun family tradition.

On the left side I included a blurb I printed off the company website and one of the receipts from the day. Our married daughter and son-in-law even came into town to join us for dinner.

On the right side I just included a bit of journaling and more pics. The biggest chuckle that kept me laughing was my husband at the cash machine, dressed like a cow, and taking money out for me to go yardsaling the next day. Of course, I had to dash out of the car and record it! Moo, honey, and I love ‘ya!

Want to know where I create and dream and play? Here’s my scrapbook room, my paper storage unit, the vinyl quote that inspires me and how I organize my scrapbooks and photos.

Yeah, Pamela! I’m so glad you like Project Life. Becky Higgins is the creator and you can find her products on Amazon. I do still do traditional scrapbooking but I’m finding that I can do both and make my creativity meet my busy life and still be happy! Thanks so much for commenting.

Such fun pictures 🙂 Your family is very fun to be willing to dress up like cows, for any reason. My family, not so sure I could convince them to do that 🙂

All of us but one dressed up. My 19 year old son has never done it, and I finally gave up on it. He doesn’t even go with us, but that’s okay. We still have fun!

I’m extremely impressed along with your writing skills and also with the structure to your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it your self? Either way keep up the nice high quality writing, it is uncommon to look a nice blog like this one nowadays..
