This easy pumpkin bread with cream cheese frosting is a guaranteed hit to ring in the fall season. With just a few handy ingredients it's perfect for school parties, family dinners and church potlucks.

Ingredients
Bread
1/3cupsugar
1/3cupoil
3eggs
1 15-ozcan pumpkin
1box yellow cake mix
1 3.4ozvanilla instant pudding mix
1tbspumpkin pie spice
Frosting
2 1/2ozcream cheesesoftened
3tbsmilk
1 1/2cuppowdered sugar
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin in mixing bowl and beat at high speed for 1 minute.
Add cake mix, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until loaves test done.
Cool in pans.
Mix together cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. (I used a whisk.)
Turn bread onto a plate and drizzle with frosting.
