Decide on type of material you will use.
Measure white felt 2 1/2 wide x 26” long and then cut.
Cut ribbon 26” long and a contrasting color of felt the same length x 1” wide.
Glue ribbon and/or felt down center of white felt.
Begin marking underside of felt, beginning at 1” and continuing every 2”.
Using a seam ripper or other sharp object, poke a hole through both materials at marked intervals.
Cut a length of DMC ribbon, thread through needle and knot.
Beginning on the back side at the 1” mark, pull the thread through, add a pony bead and poke through next interval.
Use a paper clip or ornament hanger and attach to top pony bead.
Hang ornaments!
