Apple Dapple Cake Recipe

This delicious Apple Dapple Cake is perfect any time of the year!

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups chopped apples peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts optional
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine


  1. Grease and flour a Bundt (tube) pan.
  2. Mix thoroughly the eggs, oil and sguar.
  3. Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix well.
  4. Add vanilla, apples and nuts and mix well again.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
  6. In a saucepan cook brown sugar, milk and margarine for 2-3 minutes and pour over cake.

Recipe Notes

This is delicious served either warm or at room temperature.
If you don't like nuts just leave them out.
Dough will have a thick and gooey consistency.
