Strawberry Smoothie Popsicles

Kids and adults alike will enjoy these smoothies made from fruit, yogurt and milk.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries or substitute ½ cup blueberries
  • One banana
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Wash and slice strawberries and add to Magic Bullet or blender.
  • Add banana, yogurt and milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds or cups and freeze until solid.

Notes

Substitute whatever fruit you have on hand. This is a great way to use up fresh fruit before it rots!
