Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

With just a few common ingredients, this sweet, delicious Chocolate Chip Cheeseball is an easy yet impressive dessert!

  • 1 8- oz pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips plus a few for rolling
  • graham crackers


  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugars and beat just until combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
  5. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  7. Just before serving roll cheese ball in chocolate chips and serve with graham crackers.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to substitute lower fat cream cheese and regular chocolate chips.
If you enjoy nuts you can roll in 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans instead of chocolate chips.
Can be served with vanilla wafers or graham cracker sticks.
