This delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Chili is a favorite easy meal for busy days.

Ingredients
2large boneless chicken breasts
2cupschicken broth
1can white cornundrained
1can chili beansundrained
1can kidney beansundrained
1small white oniondiced
minced garlic and cumin to taste
2tbschili powder
1/2cupsour cream
Instructions
Place all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 2-3 hours).
Before serving remove chicken and shred (or cut into bite sized pieces).
Stir in sour cream and return chicken to slow cooker.
Garnish with additional sour cream and shredded cheese as desired.
Notes
If I don't have canned or frozen chicken broth, I will make mine with one chicken bouillon cube per one cup boiling water. I didn't drain any of the vegetables.
